Hi, I’m Shweta Garg — a home cook, gardener, and lover of sun-soaked afternoons spent amongst my 6 citrus trees in Arizona.
Under the Citrus Trees is my little corner of the internet where I share the joy of growing food and turning it into beautiful, seasonal meals. I believe in savoring what’s fresh, cooking with intention, and celebrating the rhythms of the garden. I'm in Zone 9b, low desert climate where we are blessed with year long growing with some brutal summers to survive through... and yet, the garden still gifts us!

- My mom and dad live down the block from me and we frequently work in each other's gardens.
- I love collecting fruit trees! So far I have guava, pomegranate, lime, lemon, mandarin, kumquat, orange, mango, peach, and cherry.
